Winery VINIUM Velké Pavlovice

We produce up to 6 million litres of wine every year, but you do not have to worry about the quality of your wines. When producing wine, we lay great emphasis on the top quality and excellent taste of our wines.

The history of VINIUM dates back to 1936, when two hundred farmers founded a wine cooperative named VINOPA in Velké Pavlovice. The 1990’s saw the establishment of VINIUM Joint Stock Company. In 2004, we purchased modern cutting-edge technologies and we still continue with upgrading. In 2007, VINIUM was acquired by České vinařské závody a.s., part of the Prosperita holding a.s. group.

Our cellermasters

Two experienced cellarmasters – Peter Mislovič for red wines and Martin Dubina for white and rose wines – are responsible for the high quality of our wines. They know what customers like and how great tastes can be achieved.

Our cellarmasters check the quality every day; they taste the wines to ensure that everything from our production is the best. People who work in VINIUM put a piece of their hearts into their daily work. This is evidenced by our wines. We also degust our wines before bottling every week because we want to be sure that our customers get the very best.
